If you join a list or request license information, the site collects your email address, selected role, selected interest, optional use-case note, and submission time.
This information is used to send launch updates, license/product information, and relevant replies about Creator Packs, free updates, or Project License inquiries.
Newsletter and inquiry submissions are forwarded to Brevo when the email integration is enabled. A local backup log may also be kept by the server for operational continuity.
You can unsubscribe through links in marketing emails or contact cornelliusyudhawijaya@nb-data.com to request removal.
Paid checkout may be handled by Gumroad. Gumroad processes payment, tax, receipt, refund, and file-delivery information under its own policies. RPG Moodtracks may receive buyer information needed to deliver the product and support the license.
The SoundPad uses your browser's localStorage to remember favorites, queue state, and the current track. This stays in your browser and can be cleared through your browser settings.
The hosting provider may create routine server logs such as IP address, request path, browser information, and timestamps. These are used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and basic operations.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete contact information RPG Moodtracks controls by emailing cornelliusyudhawijaya@nb-data.com. Some purchase records may need to be retained by Gumroad or payment providers for legal, tax, fraud, or accounting reasons.
