Digital music packs are delivered instantly, but the policy is simple: if something is materially wrong, we will try to resolve it or refund it.

Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase for duplicate purchases, accidental incorrect purchases, technical download problems, missing files, materially incorrect product descriptions, or unresolved license/audio-claim concerns.
If a download link fails or a file is missing, contact us first so we can provide the correct file or support path. If the issue cannot be resolved reasonably, a refund is appropriate.
RPG Moodtracks does not register its audio with Content ID. If a third party claims a track you licensed from us, contact us with the platform notice and purchase details. We will help resolve it or refund the pack if it cannot be resolved.
When checkout is handled by Gumroad, refunds, chargebacks, receipts, and payment support may be processed through Gumroad's systems. Contact through Gumroad or email cornelliusyudhawijaya@nb-data.com.
