These terms explain how you may use the RPG Moodtracks website, music previews, downloads, and paid packs. They are practical launch terms, not a substitute for legal advice.

You may browse the site, play available tracks in the browser, save local player preferences, and use provided downloads only under the license tier shown for the track or pack.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape files at scale, or misrepresent RPG Moodtracks content as your own standalone music library.
The plain-language license guide lives on Use Rules. Private tabletop playback, free MP3 downloads, Creator Pack use, and Project License use have different boundaries.
Paid packs grant non-exclusive rights for the covered tracks and allowed uses named by that pack. They do not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights.
Do not resell, re-upload, bundle, share, or redistribute raw audio files as a music pack, sample pack, dataset, or standalone download product.
Do not register RPG Moodtracks audio with Content ID or similar claiming systems, and do not use the audio in AI training datasets or model-training collections.
RPG Moodtracks may use Gumroad for checkout, payment processing, tax handling, receipts, refunds, and digital file delivery. Gumroad may apply its own buyer and seller terms during checkout.
Product descriptions, included files, prices, and launch discounts may change over time, but purchases cover the files and license version delivered with that purchase.
RPG Moodtracks music is AI-assisted and human-curated. Tracks are directed, selected, edited, mastered, packaged, and licensed for the uses described on the site.
